FOR TWO NIGHTS ONLY - 21/22 OCT - 6:00-9:30PM - £10
Crooked Tree Theatre will be transforming the Grand Entrance Hall of the Brunel Museum into their own cabinet of curiosities! You'll be invited in to have a drink and peruse our collection of oddities, before taking your seats for the show - a cabaret inspired by our exhibits!
Crooked Tree will be debuting a Grindhouse double-feature of punk theatre! That's right, TWO NEW PLAYS by Dan Tremor:
THE LYNCH MOB is a psycho-fag-trash-noir through the bible belt, with a jagged and diseased live score from the incredible Bridport Dagger!
ETERNAL SHADE is a tale of love, death and drag in Nazi Germany, and features live songs from Anti-Folk Icons David Cronenberg's Wife!
But that's not all! There'll also be collaborations with the mighty Men Diamler and Outsider Pop Pioneers Paul Hawkins & The Awkward Silences! Plus the warped death-country fusion of Bridport Dagger and Crooked Tree - The Rattlin' Caskets!
And our HEADLINE ACT: the twisted mind behind discordant art-rock legends Country Teasers, it's The rebel!*
(Contains dark content and black humour throughout, which some may find disturbing)
*Due to a scheduling clash, The Rebel will only be playing Saturday the 22nd of Oct.
This is a solo show by Dan Tremor about Hell's Angels, clubfooted alcoholics, Teddy Boys, pissed poets, scrotum-faced perverts, unstable publicans, pubescent fumblings, young love, aged hate, life, death, sex, drugs, depression, truth and honesty.
There are ONLY 45 TICKETS available for the ONE NIGHT ONLY performance, so contact us directly using the link below to book in advance before they go on sale through The White Bear Theatre's website.
